At Swarnabhoomi, we take utmost care in preparing, packing, and delivering our perishable products. Since our items are perishable in nature, we follow a strict no exchange or replacement policy.
1. No Exchange or Replacement
We do not provide any exchange or replacement for perishable products purchased from us.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.
3. Eligibility for Returns

Only products that are damaged during transit or defective upon delivery will be eligible for return.

The item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Items that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery will not be accepted for return due to their perishable nature.
4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, bank details may be required for refund processing.
5. Non-Returnable Items

All opened or partially consumed perishable items.

Products not reported within the 48-hour return window.
